Awning windows allow for more usable wall space when installed higher on a wall. Designed and manufactured in Florida, Coastline products are available in select southeast coastal regions.

And while they present a minimalist and clean aesthetic, these locking and latching mechanisms are engineered to protect against the harsh and unpredictable weather conditions that homes on the coast endure like driving rain and gale-force winds. Marvin Coastal hardware finishes withstand corrosion caused by humid conditions and salty air, and resist fading, even after many years of direct exposure to the intense UV rays generated by the blazing sun.

Glass Options
Coastline windows and doors are built with impact-resistant glass that is engineered to stand up to the punishing winds and flying debris generated by tropical storms and hurricanes. We offer several Low-E coatings and laminated white interlayer that will increase privacy, reduce solar heat gain, and meet the requirements of the Sea Turtle Conservation Codes. Coastline products can be fitted with insulated glass to help conserve energy. We can also provide specialty impact-resistant glass solutions for specific project needs like sound management.
